Community by the Cup ☕️

Coffee means so much more to Caitlyn Joseph ‘23 and Lauren Schlosser ‘24 than just something to sip. The Captains for Life recently launched a mobile coffee shop in Hampton Roads out of a renovated vintage camper. Together, the duo poured their hearts into creating Poured Coffee Company, designing it to foster happiness and connection, one cup at a time.

🎨 We’re thrilled to spotlight Lillian Larsen ’26, the alumni artist behind this year’s official Homecoming shirt!

A Yorktown, Virginia native with a background in Graphic Design and Art History, Lillian brings a deep artistic focus on memory, connection, and nostalgia to her work. For this year’s Homecoming shirt, she channeled the dynamic energy of a live concert poster to capture the high-octane Captains spirit. Her design sets the stage as we launch an exciting new Homecoming tradition - Fall Fest: Friday Night Lights. Wearable art meets school pride in a piece crafted to celebrate a brand-new era for our community.

🎟️ Grab your shirt at the link in our bio and rock your Captains pride all weekend long!
