Kindness matters, and even the smallest act of kindness can make a BIG difference. Let’s continue to create spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, respected, and included.

Together, we can make a difference and remind our youth that UNITY is stronger than bullying!

Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter recognizes the importance of raising awareness, recognizing warning signs, and supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Join Katrina Foster, Second Vice President of Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter and Founder of Amber RISE DV Safe Home in Newport News, as she shares ways we can support those impacted by domestic violence.

Remember: “I believe you. I support you. I am here for you.”

Together, we can break the silence, support survivors, and build safer communities.

ORANGE YOU GLAD WE’RE KIND?!

What an amazing day of KINDNESS, UNITY, and COMMUNITY! Our youth came together along with the Sigma Beta Club and their parents to spread an important message: kindness matters, and there is no place for bullying!

When we come together, we can create a community where everyone feels seen, valued, respected, and supported.

Together, we stand against bullying and stand up for KINDNESS!

World Mental Health Day is observed annually on October 10, serving as an important reminder that mental health matters to everyone.

Mental health challenges are more common than we may realize, and a formal diagnosis is not required for someone to experience difficulties with their mental well-being. Life transitions, environmental circumstances, personal experiences, and everyday stressors can all influence how we think, feel, and navigate the world around us.

The Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, proudly joins in raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, reducing stigma, and showing compassion and support for those experiencing mental health challenges.

Remember, prioritizing your mental health is not a luxury. It is an essential part of your overall well-being.
