Research that reaches beyond our world! 🌎🚀🔬

Niagara University students and faculty recently shared their work at the Astrobiology Science Conference (AbSciCon), held May 17-22 in Madison, Wisconsin.

Recent graduate Caitlin Garrell and rising senior Sierra Ashbaugh presented research connected to Dr. Cassandra Marnocha's NASA-funded project, while Dr. Marnocha also shared her research and experiences with the international scientific community.

“Presenting my undergraduate research at AbSciCon was an incredibly rewarding experience,” said Garrell. “The conference gave me valuable insight into the collaborative nature of the field and the kinds of research I hope to pursue in graduate school and beyond.”
