Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society - Northwest Florida State College The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students.

To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate f Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for two-year colleges. Membership into Northwest Florida State College's Sigma Mu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa is by invitation only. It is extended by student email to those students currently enrolled at N
