Logos School of Music Logos School of Music (LSM) aims to instruct and raise musicians to glorify God, to use their talent

LSM offers several group classes, including Music Theory, Harmony, Composition, Conducting, Music History, and Hymnology/Worship Music. We offer individual lessons for various keyboards, string, plucked strings, brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments as well as voice lessons to students who are beginners, intermediate or advanced in their musical studies. The students at LSM also have the opp

ortunity to participate in our 15 different choral and orchestral ensembles. The Logos School of Music has four major concert events each year. We welcome you to join us for our Faculty Concert in September, Christmas Concert in December, Logos Symphony Orchestra and Chicago Combined Choirs Concert in February and May, and the Faculty and Student Concert in June. Dates and locations for these events can be found on our website or by contacting our office.

Join us this Monday, April 27 at 6:00 PM CST for a special virtual presentation on Zoom!

Daniel Hodoroaba, a former student and current orchestra member, will present his capstone project, “The Anatomy of Audio: How Music Shapes Human Physiology.” This engaging talk explores how music acts as a universal language, triggering chemical, physiological, and neurological responses, impacting everything from mood and stress to brain function and overall health.

The presentation will last approximately 20 minutes, including a brief Q&A. This capstone is part of Daniel’s graduation requirements. Let’s show our support and learn something new!
