Your vote. Your voice. Your campus.

Norfolk State University has a new on-campus voting precinct for the Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, general election!

The precinct serves eligible students who live in NSU's on-campus residence halls and are registered to vote using their campus residence hall address.

Important: The new precinct is not automatically available to all NSU students, faculty and staff. Your registered residential address determines your assigned polling location.

It's a weekend of innovation, music and HBCU excellence at Norfolk State University!

We kick things off Friday, Oct. 16, with the Innovation Summit at 9:15 a.m. in the Dorothy Brothers Ballroom at the NSU Student Center. The summit brings together industry leaders and changemakers for conversations on technology, education and opportunity.

Then, we close out the weekend Sunday, Oct. 18, with the HBCU Band Battle at 4 p.m. at William “Dick” Price Stadium, featuring five HBCU marching bands bringing their sound, spirit and showmanship to the field!

Both events are presented by Missy Elliott, bringing innovation and HBCU culture together right here at NSU! đź”°
