Congratulations to Laura Grieneisen and her students who won an astonishing six Scholarships/Awards in the last month. From Laura: “Miranda (ODU) won the Phi Kappa Phi Love of Learning Award. Two of my Canadian grad students were the winner AND the runner-up for the Rod Davis President's Scholarship (for conservation research) at The Wildlife Society BC Chapter Conference. One of my Canadian grad students won the BC Wall Award for ecosystem sustainability research, and a Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation scholarship for conservation research. The Canadian who won the Rod Davis just messaged me that she won a 17.5k British Columbia Graduate Scholarship (each BC university gets a few of these to distribute as recruitment/retention scholarships for incoming students across the university).”
