TCC Chorale The Tidewater Community College Chorus is a mixed voice choral ensemble open to all Tidewater Commun We welcome anyone interested in singing with us.

The Tidewater Community College Chorus is a mixed voice choral ensemble open to all TCC students and community singers, ages 18 to 80+, without audition or other prerequisite requirement. We present concerts at the end of each semester in the TCC Jeanne & George Roper Performing Arts Center on the TCC Norfolk campus and at other locations as we are invited. The TCC Chorus as it currently exists be

gan fall semester of 2002 on the TCC Portsmouth campus. We moved along with the music program to the TCC Norfolk campus fall semester of 2009.

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026, I’m organizing a nationwide project:

The Sheckler Virtual Choir – The Star-Spangled Banner

The goal is to bring together thousands of voices to create a large virtual choir performance of the National Anthem. Singers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to participate.
