For Christian, a career in culinary arts became much more than becoming a chef. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of Virginia, he built on his culinary experience to grow into leadership, eventually overseeing culinary operations across multiple sites nationwide.
From working in restaurants to managing large-scale operations, Christian’s journey shows how a culinary education can be the starting point for a much bigger career.
Nearly 20 years later, he’s still building on what he learned at CIV.
