๐ŸŽป The OU School of Music is extremely excited to present the Mivos Quartet, โ€œone of Americaโ€™s most daring and ferocious new-music ensemblesโ€ (The Chicago Reader), to Oklahoma audiences!

The ensemble will perform works devoted to contemporary composers Jalalu-Kalvert Nelson and Joรซl-Franรงois Durand, and present new music to diverse audiences. This will include two events open to the public.

โœถ The quartet will work with student performers and composers, offering advice on performance, repertoire, and developing abilities in contemporary techniques.

๐Ÿ’ค Get ready for OU University Theatre's 2026-2027 season opener, The Pajama Game! The show runs from Sep. 25 through Sept. 27.

Each day will feature an 8 p.m. performance alongside additional 3 p.m. showings on Sept. 26 and 27. Tickets will go live on Sept. 8.

!! ANNOUNCEMENT !!

The University of Oklahoma School of Dance will perform in New York City for the FIRST TIME in its history!

Students from the OU School of Dance will perform Martha Grahamโ€™s โ€œMaple Leaf Ragโ€ in the Martha Graham Dance Companyโ€™s University Partners Showcase at the Joyce Theater in New York City on Saturday, April 10th, 2027.

We are so excited for the opportunity for our dancers to learn and perform iconic Graham repertoire in New York City!

Please consider joining the OU School of Dance Alumni Society in their efforts to fundraise support for our studentsโ€™ travel.
