🏈 What a Memorable Afternoon at OLLI at OU!

OLLI at OU was honored to welcome legendary football coach Barry Switzer on Friday, October 16. Our members enjoyed an engaging afternoon filled with stories, laughter, and reflections from his extraordinary journey, from leading the Oklahoma Sooners to national championships to coaching at the highest level of the NFL.

Coach Switzer’s warmth, wit, and firsthand accounts of a remarkable career made for an unforgettable experience. It was a true privilege to hear from someone whose leadership and impact have left a lasting mark on the world of football and beyond. Happy Birthday, Coach!

OLLI at OU was honored to welcome acclaimed actor and real-life cowboy Barry Corbin on Tuesday, October 13. From his beginnings as a Shakespearean actor in the 1960s, performing on Broadway and regional stages, to his celebrated career in film and television, Mr. Corbin has captivated audiences for decades.

Our members enjoyed an engaging afternoon filled with stories, laughter, and insights from his remarkable journey. It was truly a memorable experience and a wonderful opportunity to hear firsthand from such an accomplished performer.

⚖️ Women Who Kill: The Story Continues with Dr. Susan Sharp

What happens after a landmark law is passed? Join us as we explore the real-world impact of Oklahoma's Survivors Act and the cases that have unfolded since its passage.
