Stark State College would like to recognize the tremendous effort, professionalism, and teamwork demonstrated by all agencies and personnel involved in the recent technical rescue in Carrollton. We extend our thoughts and best wishes to the victim and their family and hope for a full and speedy recovery.
We would also like to acknowledge two members of the Stark State Fire and EMS family who participated in this challenging operation: Fire Program Coordinator Eric Drylund, Manager of the Stark County TROT Team, and Instructor Andrew Lidderdale, a member of the Stark County TROT Team.
Technical rescue operations require extensive training, teamwork, and dedication, often in difficult and hazardous conditions. We are proud of their commitment to serving our communities and grateful to all responders whose efforts contributed to this rescue.
