Core to Care is looking for a Community Relations Intern for the Fall 2026 Semester!

Location: Perryville, MD

Responsibilities:
-Represent Core to Care at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
-Develop relationships with OB/GYN offices, pediatric practices, primary care providers, doulas, lactation consultants, therapists, and other maternal health professionals.
-Deliver marketing materials and introduce Core to Care’s services to potential referral partners.
-Assist with outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
-Research new partnership and business development opportunities.
-Maintain records of outreach efforts and referral contacts.
-Assist with planning community events, educational workshops, and postpartum wellness experiences.
-Gather feedback from community partners to help improve services.
-Support marketing initiatives by creating community-focused content and highlighting partnerships on social media.
-Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness throughout the region.

Qualifications:
-Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with diverse community members.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Passion for maternal health, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or community engagement.
-Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
-Reliable transportation is preferred for community outreach.
