Our Fall 2026 meeting dates are officially here! The Bartenders Guild will be offering opportunities to learn hands-on, get involved, and connect with industry professionals. We’ll even be hosting our own cocktail competition and game show! 🏆

Behind the scenes at one of the biggest gatherings in the beverage industry. 🥃✨

Through the Bacardí Center of Excellence, our students had the opportunity to volunteer at Tales of the Cocktail, supporting Speed Rack, working alongside PATRÓN, Angel’s Envy, and D’USSÉ, and batching cocktails at the Sazerac House. Along the way, they gained hands-on experience, built meaningful industry connections, and proudly represented our program.

A huge thank you to the Bacardí team for investing in the next generation of beverage leaders.😊

Join us as we visit MEP Juice! 🍋

Our students got a firsthand look at the production process at MEP Juice, a cold-pressed juice company operated by hospitality professionals.

MEP Juice supplies bars and restaurants with high-quality, fresh ingredients, which our students had the opportunity to taste.

Not only do they produce delicious juices, but they also compost all of the unused fruit scraps! Our students even got to take some compost home. Using an in-vessel composter, MEP Juice is able to grow fruits and vegetables right on the property. 🍅

Thank you MEP Juice for providing such a white-glove experience for our FIU students!
