Join us on June 11 at 6:00 PM for an LCCC Alumni and Friends Networking Event at Cleveland Whiskey!

Reconnect with Lorain County Community College alumni and friends for an evening at Cleveland Whiskey, and enjoy a behind the scenes distillery tour with guided tastings, a little education and meaningful networking in a truly one of a kind setting.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Regan L. Silvestri, Professor of Chemistry at LCCC and several of his past students. Dr. Silvestri’s students will share their insights from the whiskey chemistry research partnership with Cleveland Whiskey, where LCCC students actively engage in studying the chemical processes behind whiskey aging and flavor development. This collaboration brings hands on, real world research into the classroom and offers students valuable experience at the intersection of chemistry and industry innovation.

Enjoy a selection of hors d’oeuvres as you mingle, and feel free to bring a guest or two. The cost to attend is $25 per person.

Computer Science and Engineering Information Session

Thinking about a future in Computer Science?

Look no further, please join LCCC’s University Partnership and University of Toledo faculty, staff and students for an information session on the bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering (CSE). The CSE program is offered entirely on LCCC’s University Partnership Ridge Campus (UPRC) in North Ridgeville.
