Are you a BIPOC student interested in practicing mindfulness and meditation? Are you looking for a space to practice in the community with other BIPOC students on campus? If yes, come and join us weekly on Wednesdays from 5-6 pm at the Bodman Lounge in the Helen Hills Hills Chapel. We will do some meditation and mindfulness activities and create a space for sharing our experiences. No prior knowledge is necessary and all religious and spiritual affiliations are welcome! We hope to see you there!

For the past three years, were your plans disrupted by COVID?
Have you felt lonely or sad because you were not able to go home and be with your family?
You are welcome to join us as we come together to share our experiences and support each other. This Mandarin language support space will give Chinese international students a place to process and grieve the difficult COVID losses over the winter months. This group will be run by licensed social worker Mun Ying Cheng on Wednesday, April 12 from 5-6 PM in the Lewis Center for Global Studies. This is a drop in support group, so it does not require advance sign up.
