GENERAL FACTS ABOUT AOII:

AOII believes that the Fraternity has an essentially Greek heritage, and not one of medieval or Masonic background. Alpha Omicron Pi's color is Cardinal, the color of the heart. It is the deepest and purest shade of red. Alpha Omicron Pi has only one jewel, the ruby. The Panda is our unofficial Mascot! Did you know they have no natural enemies? AOII is the first sorority

to have been founded on an Ivy League campus. AOII has the most amount of active chapters out of all NPC sororities with over 188 chapters. AOII is one of the lucky few sororities that have NEVER changed their ritual since its conception. Our ritual is over 113 years old! AOII allows chapters to choose their chapter name rather then assigning them alphabetically. Our chapter name is "Sigma Phi."
