Our first 5-course of the Spring 2026 was a smash hit. With the help of their instructors, our Advanced Cooking students collaborated on a menu that would take their patrons on a tour of South America. Some of the countries used as inspiration include Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Peru. Thank you to all who continue to support our Culinary Arts students and program.
