SVC will TEST its Emergency Notification System on Thursday, September 17 at 10:00am. The TEST will include blasting the siren and exterior loudspeakers on the Mount Vernon and Whidbey Island campuses. There should only be two siren blasts on each campus and all loudspeaker messages will include language indicating that the broadcast is a test. Thursday’s test will not include Rave notifications.

This is only a TEST. Thank you for your patience. The safety and security of the SVC community are our top priority. Testing is part of SVC’s ongoing emergency preparedness planning and training.
