It is official! We are live at YourListStore.com! All users can access their accounts again, same username, same password, same plans. Please remove ListShack.com and/or ListShackPro.com and/or ListShack.support from your records if you no longer wish to do business with Lord Abbey, LLC, who is responsible for this interruption as well as the breach in October of 2019. Provo Police department is investigating.

Major Update: Almost there! Searches are now live. We are now working on the CSV compiler and it should be up by the end of the day. Our poor little developer was up all night and we had to let him get some sleep while the database engineers restarted the database engines. With those operational we are able to connect through the portal (which you can access at YourListStore.com) and run your searches along with the preview. We are just waiting on that last step and then we should be fully operational. Please contact us with any questions and thank you for your continued patience! If you would like any type of an adjustment to your account (credits, additional time, etc) to offset the inconvenience, we will happily accommodate any reasonable request.

Note: all account management functionality should be active.

If you have had a subscription with ListShackPro.com prior to 11/9/2020, that account (same username, password, and plans) are live at YourListStore.com. We are still currently connecting the database engine for the Consumer and Business leads, but those should be live somewhere between the next hour and the end of the day. Update: As of today the Fairfax County, Virginia, Major Crimes Unit, concluded investigating case 2020-0700078. It was determined by the Commonwealth Attorneys that, presumably, as Mr. Grantham did not physically enter Virginia to commit the criminal acts, they do not believe they would have personal jurisdiction over him.

As of some time yesterday morning, Wyatt Grantham, in conjunction with Aaron Johnstun and Gregory Roberts, used a fraudulently obtained default certificate to compel Webmatics, d.b.a. ExpertSRS to transfer the domains ListShack.com and ListShackPro.com, to his illegal clone of List Shack. This is the same individual that was appointed as the CFO of Some Corporation, the owner of List Shack, and then utilized his access to improperly continue to bill approximately 600 members, while directing them to the clone at ListShack.support. This initially happened when, through someone using credentials provided to Mr. Grantham, used them with the Santa Clara University internet service provider, where one of Mr. Grantham's immediate family members was attending that university. This information has been forwarded to the Provo Police Department where it is currently being investigated.

We are working with the police and the Courts to have the domains reverted back. In the alternative, we expect to have all of our current active actions available to their users at another domain which will be published here when it becomes available.

Anyone wishing for an update from the Utah County Attorney can contact them at (801) 851-8026. Additionally, the phone number for the Provo Police Department is 801.852.6210, anyone with a service interruption as a result of the use of the fraudulently obtained default certificate is encouraged to make a report with them as that is the law enforcement department currently running an investigation. As Fairfax has closed it's investigation today, we expect the police may take prompt action.

Quick Update: Wyatt Grantham, the criminal that breached ListShack security over a year ago, has obtained control over the domains ListShack.com and ListShackPro.com. There is a pending criminal investigation with the Fairfax County Police, Major Crimes Unit, Case 2020-0700078. An arrest warrant was nearly granted within the last week.

Any subscribers for ListShack.com and/or ListShackPro.com that have active subscriptions will have their access restored within the next day or two via an alternate domain. Developers were running tests last night and things were 95% working. Hopefully will be able to release that today or tomorrow at the latest.
