MiraCosta College Noncredit English as a Second Language The MiraCosta College ESL program offers FREE classes to help adults improve their English for personal, academic, career, and civic goals.

The noncredit ESL program provides seven levels of ESL at the Community Learning Center during morning, afternoon and evening hours. The program also offers Vocational ESL, conversation classes, open-entry distance learning, citizenship, computer-based study, and Saturday classes. Classes are also offered at Encinitas Library, Melba Bishop Recreation Center in Oceanside, and La Colonia Community Center in Solana Beach.
