One piece from our latest Cambodian shipment that I just had to stop and share. 🙏

This Hevajra bust. That patina. It’s this deep red tone that you can almost feel just looking at it, like the texture and the thickness of it comes through even in a photo. That is rare.

Cambodian bronze has always had something special going on with the patina. Almost every piece that comes from Cambodia has this magnificent aged finish that you just cannot recreate. It develops over time through the casting and finishing process and every one is different.

But this one. This red. It stopped me immediately. 🏺✨🙏

Just walking through the warehouse wanting to share what I walk past every day. 🙏

These bronze Natarajas from South India stop me every single time. The larger sizes, the detail, the ring of fire around Shiva mid-dance, there is nothing like it. A five foot Krishna with two dancing gopis. Vishnu with Garuda and Hanuman. Shivakami. All made by artists I have known for years.

This is actually why I started Lotus Sculpture 26 years ago, to give South Indian bronze artists a worldwide market. To help their craft reach people who would truly appreciate it. Watching their businesses grow alongside ours over all these years has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

And none of it would be possible without you. So genuinely — thank you. 🙏✨

I feel so honored to have these on my land 🙏

Two Vishnu statues just arrived and they are something else. Same deity, totally different stone, totally different energy. That’s what hand carved and one of a kind actually means. No two will ever exist like these.

Do you have a piece in your space that genuinely stops you when you walk by it? That’s what we’re going for here.

What a treat it is to do what I do.

Five feet of Ganesha 🐘🙏

This is a Trimukha Ganesha — three faced, all three trunks raised in the good luck position. I’ve never seen this form in a statue this large before. Ever.

And he’s not the gentle remover of obstacles you might expect. He’s carrying a mace and an axe. This is warrior Ganesha. Breaking attachment, cutting through ego. There’s a whole different energy here.

Does your space have room for something with this kind of presence?

Some pieces just stop you 🙏

Durga is one of my favorites. The combined Shakti of all the Hindu gods, sent to destroy the buffalo demon Mahishasura. She’s the superhero of the Hindu pantheon and these two statues just arrived in our latest shipment.

But that second one. When I saw her I knew I had to get her home for someone to appreciate. The worn edges, the moss growing all over her, she looks like she just came out of a temple that’s been standing for a thousand years. Can you picture her recessed in a garden? Because I can. These are the pieces that remind me why I do this.

Some statues stop you in your tracks. This is one of them 🙏

She is Kwan Yin, the bodhisattva of compassion. Ten feet tall, hand carved from a single flawless block of white marble in Vietnam. No veins, no imperfections. Just perfect stone.

She has vowed to return to this world until every sentient being is enlightened. That’s her calling. And honestly? You can feel it.

If you’re looking for a showstopper for your home or your temple, this is it.

26 years of buying trips to Indonesia and these Buddha heads stopped me like I’d never seen anything before 🙏

It’s the moss. Years of growing outside in the Indonesian humidity, slowly building this patina that you simply cannot recreate. You can’t rush it. You can’t fake it. Time did this.

That’s what keeps me going back. Every trip, something finds me that I’ve somehow never really seen before. After all this time, that feeling never gets old.

Meet the happiest temple guardians I’ve ever found 😄🙏

Dvarapalas are the equivalent of Foo dogs, temple warriors meant to ward off evil spirits and protect everything sacred inside. They should be fierce. Intimidating. These guys didn’t get that memo.

Look at those faces. They’re smiling. After 26 years I’ve never found a pair with this kind of jolly energy and honestly someone out there is going to love them just as much as I do.
The moss, the patina, the oldness of the stone — they look like they just walked out of a Southeast Asian temple. Put them at your front door, your driveway, your garden entrance. That’s exactly where they belong.

Happy Dvarapalas have arrived. 🪨😄🙏

Two years in the making. Worth every single day 🙏

This is Brahma, the Hindu god of creation. His four faces look out in the four cardinal directions — north, south, east, west — each one representing one of the four sacred Vedas. To carve four faces is to carve four statues. You can feel that when you stand in front of him.

I placed this order with the artist two years ago and just watched it arrive. The stone is organic, natural, the veins running through it making every inch of him feel alive.

He belongs in the center of a garden where every side can be appreciated. Because every side is sublime.
