Say cheese! 📸 Regan Shorter is a 2015 OCU alumna with a BBA in Marketing.

A photographer and content creator based in North Texas and Puerto Rico, she kicked off October by hosting an official walk for Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk—her 3rd year hosting with Adobe! Her group explored historic San Juan through a “color hunt” before gathering at a café to edit photos and connect.

Her work with Adobe also took her to its San Francisco offices in 2025 to preview Photoshop Mobile before its public launch. Having used Adobe’s tools since getting her first camera, she described the opportunity to work with the company as “a very big honor.”

We are excited to shine a spotlight on Erin McCoy ’16! ⭐ Erin graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology and was a member of the Flute Choir and Philharmonic Symphony during her time as a student.

Today, Erin is continuing to make an impact as an Attending Physician in Pediatric Neurology at OU Health and as a member of the OU School of Medicine faculty. Her journey is a wonderful example of the impact OCU alumni are making in their communities!

Last month, we joined the Latino Community Development Agency for its 35th Annual Luncheon.

Congratulations to Natalia Riveros-Jacobsen ’10, named LCDA’s 2026 Board Member of the Year! It was also great to see fellow Stars Karina Salazar-Lopez ’17, April Galindo-Liongco ’22, and Laura Tapia ’23, along with LCDA President & CEO and OCU Trustee Salvador Ontiveros ’06.
