We wear purple to bring awareness and show support for DV victims and survivors. “It’s not the bruises on the body that hurt the most. Did you know that Oklahoma ranks #1 in the nation for Domestic Violence prevalence? The Chi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, invites you to join us as we raise awareness about domestic violence and engage in a meaningful, impactful conversation about its warning signs, effects, and lasting impact on individuals, families, and our community. Together, we will shine a light on the importance of education, prevention, advocacy, and support for survivors.

Domestic violence affects more than just one person—it impacts families, relationships, and entire communities. By breaking the silence, recognizing the warning signs, and standing together, we can help create a safer, more supportive environment for everyone. 💜

Did you know? Nearly 300,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, and 1 in 8 women in America will face it in their lifetime. While progress has been made, awareness alone isn’t enough.
For black and brown communities especially, the fight is even harder - resources and research haven’t always represented us. But Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is working to change that.

Finer Women Don’t Haze x National Hazing Prevention Week 2026 is officially here, and this year’s message is clear:

Pass the Torch, Not the Trauma.

We can honor our history without repeating harmful practices. From our newest members to our most seasoned Sorors, each of us has a responsibility to protect the Sisterhood and help shape what comes next.

The Chi Zeta chapter was honored to represent Chi Zeta, the Magnificent Midwestern Region, and the great state of Oklahoma at the 2026 Grand Boulé in Nashville, Tennessee. The knowledge gained, relationships strengthened, and memories made will continue to inspire our chapter as we move forward together in service and sisterhood.
