Fresh on the heels of its recognition as an official Military Friendly School, Oklahoma City University is ramping up its efforts to support military learners with a series of new graduate tuition discounts.

University officials recently announced the Military and Federal Worker Discount.

The initiative provides qualifying active-duty military members, National Guard members, military reservists, military spouses and federal workers with significant tuition discounts on a variety of OCU graduate programs.

Anchored by an eclectic lineup ranging from jazz-age pirates to electropop Tolstoy, Oklahoma City University is announcing its primary shows for the upcoming 2026–27 performing arts season.

The lineup includes a mix of new premieres and beloved classics, all performed by the talented students of OCU's Wanda L. Bass School of Music, School of Theatre and Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment.

Your old music collection may be long forgotten, but OCU's current art exhibit shows that the leftovers of the physical disc age are finding a new voice.

In her current exhibition titled “Signal Convergence” at Oklahoma City University, artist Leticia R. Bajuyo transforms thousands of discarded CDs and DVDs into massive, replica horns representing that the things we throw away still have plenty to say about who we are.

OCU's installation by Bajuyo is running now through Sept. 18 in the Nona Jean Hulsey Art Gallery.
