Irish Studies at the Evergreen State College Irish Studies has been taught once every three years at The Evergreen State College since 1995. Join us!

Each program is full-time, year-long and interdisciplinary, and features spring quarter travel to County Donegal, Ireland.

As we launch the final week of our Irish experience, we are doing all kinds of things! Yesterday we sampled water quality in the tidal zone next to the beach. Among the findings was the fact that the water, at 60% oxygen, should have been at 90%. The algae bloom nearby was troublesome!
