Magis Catholic Teacher Corps is a 2-year graduate program at Creighton for new and aspiring educators We accept certified and new license teacher candidates.

Magis Catholic Teacher Corps (MagisCTC) is a two-year post-graduate service through teaching program at Creighton University. We seek enthusiastic, faith-filled, highly motivated recent college graduates who have a desire to serve Catholic schools, while pursuing advanced training in the field of education, counseling or leadership. Built upon the three pillars of professionalism, spirituality, an

d community, Magis CTC is a two-year commitment to service in Catholic schools across the Midwest. During these two years, teachers live in community, complete graduate coursework, and act as full service teachers in K-12 classrooms.

Our Kansas City Magis Community has been such a beautiful example of what that looks like in action. Through accompaniment, we have had the privilege of witnessing this community meet unexpected challenges with incredible grace, flexibility, and care for one another.

They have supported each other, adapted when plans changed, and continued to show up for their students and one another.

They remind us that Magis is so much more than what happens in the classroom. It is about Forming Teachers. Serving Students. Transforming Communities.

So proud of this community and the way they continue to Teach , Serve, and Transform.

Kansas City, you’re up!

Please join us in welcoming our Kansas City Magis Community!

Campbell, Sophia, Joe, and Jenny all said yes to more. They chose Magis, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them serving alongside our partner schools this year.

You’ll find them making a difference at Resurrection Catholic School, Cristo Rey Kansas City, and St. Patrick Catholic School as they begin their journey of teaching, serving, and transforming communities.

This year also marks our 13th year of partnership with the Archdiocese of Kansas City, Kansas and the Diocese of Kansas City–St. Joseph, Missouri. We are incredibly grateful for these partnerships and can’t wait to see the impact this new group will make.

Here’s to another year of choosing more and setting the world on fire—one student at a time. 🔥💙
