UCI Women & Children's Health & Well-Being Project We are a collaborative research group whose mission is to learn about and contribute to the health and development of women and their children.

The UCI Women & Children's Health & Well-Being Project is a collaborative research program by the University of California Irvine, Chapman University, and the University of Denver. Our program has been in existence for over 20 years. So far, more than 1,500 families have participated in our studies. The main focus of our research is to examine how the prenatal environment influences children’s and

mothers’ health and well-being. Thanks to the families participating in our studies, we are able to create new knowledge about how children grow, learn, and develop!
