No matter what we are doing in life, we are all faced with an expectation of communication every single day in one form or another. Communication is an important life-long skill and development of that skill is critical.

Most of us are also no stranger to some kind of conflict. Big or small, most people would like an easy resolution to whatever conflict we are facing, and we play a big role in every opportunity for bringing a conflict to an end.
