What a weekend! On April 17 & 18, Professor Mario Leone’s capstone classes participate in the Argyros College’s 4th Annual Leadership Crisis Challenge, assuming the roles of C-suite executives in the midst of a crisis.

Congratulations to our winning team, Team 11: Jane San, Maxim Carrel, Robert Safar, Heather Lhei Esguerra, Kirra Johnson, and Pari Katyal. Your performance demonstrated exactly what thoughtful, composed leadership looks like under pressure. Well done!

To our team who organized and executed this event with such care and dedication, your hard work behind the scenes makes all the difference. To our volunteers, thank you for showing up and giving your time so generously. Events like this only succeed because of people like you. To our student participants, your enthusiasm, resilience, and positive attitude throughout the challenge were inspiring.
