The vision is becoming reality.

Members of the SCSU Foundation team recently visited the future site of the Railroad Crossing Student Housing Project, a transformational development that represents a major step forward in enhancing the student experience at South Carolina State University.

Through a $1 million investment, the SCSU Foundation is helping advance this important project, which will provide modern, high-quality housing that supports academic success, campus engagement, and student well-being. We also recognize Michael E. Glenn, JV Partner, whose partnership is helping move this vision forward.

Projects like Railroad Crossing are made possible through strategic partnerships, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to creating opportunities that empower students for generations to come.
