Join UCF Rosen College for Hospitality Knight: Immersive Entertainment - The Future of Guest Experience

Enjoy an evening exploring how immersive entertainment, storytelling, artificial intelligence and emerging technology are transforming the hospitality industry.

The panel brings together leaders from across hospitality and entertainment, including Barbara Bowden of Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando, Dave John of Entertainment Technology Partners, Alexis Johnson of Disney Event Group, and Cole NeSmith of Creative City Project and The Memoir Agency.

✨ We’re honored to share that the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management Alumni Council was recently recognized with the Shooting for the Stars Award at the 2026 Volunteer Leadership Conference! ⭐️

This award reflects the passion, dedication, and teamwork of an incredible group of alumni leaders who have spent the past academic year supporting Rosen students, alumni, and our hospitality community.

Following the conference, we gathered at The Conrad Orlando to celebrate a successful year together, reflect on our accomplishments, and begin planning for an exciting year ahead. From networking opportunities and alumni engagement to student support and community impact, we’re energized for what’s next. 😎

What an incredible weekend at the UCF Alumni Volunteer Leadership Conference! 🖤💛

Over two inspiring days, alumni leaders from across the university came together to learn, collaborate, and celebrate the impact volunteers make throughout the UCF community.

From engaging leadership sessions and meaningful conversations to networking with fellow Knights and recognizing outstanding achievements, the weekend was a powerful reminder of what can happen when passionate alumni unite behind a common purpose. 🤝

The Rosen College Alumni Council was proud to be represented among so many dedicated alumni leaders and volunteers who are helping strengthen connections, create opportunities, and support the next generation of Knights.

Thank you to the UCF Alumni team, conference organizers, and volunteers for an inspiring weekend of learning, collaboration, and service. We’re excited to bring new ideas back to Rosen and continue building meaningful engagement within our alumni community.

Last night the Rosen College Alumni Council met for our last meeting of the school year! 🌟🖤🌟🖤

This was a big year for us, and to say that we are proud of our accomplishments is an understatement!

We debuted a new event at 4Roots Farm, Knight On The Farm, and had an amazing turnout. We had a record breaking Day of Giving, raising the most funds for Rosen College to date. We hosted multiple Table Talk Mentorship Luncheons where our alumni had a chance to connect with current students. And to top it all off the newly renovated Rosen college Commons was opened just in time to celebrate our new partnership with Universal Destinations & Experiences!

We have also revitalized our social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn! We greatly appreciate every follow, like, and repost to help promote our community. We loving being able to keep our Alumni connected, engaged, and motivated to share everything our amazing college is doing.

We are so thankful to our Alumni, staff, industry partners, and students for supporting our activities and sharing their love for our Rosen College. Whether you volunteer, donate, or simply share our posts, it all means so much to us!

And with that, Day of Giving 2026 comes to an end🌟💛

On Wednesday, April 8th, we supported a kick-off event at the event at Rosen College including Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, popcorn from Rosen Life, a live DJ, and a rubber duck scavenger hunt!

Thank you so much to everyone that donated, shared, and showed up to support their fellow Knights. ⚔️ We are so grateful to our community for coming together this week and giving back to our students. 💛🖤
