Why Voting NO on Amendment 3 Matters More Than You Think! 👀
I usually don't send out messages like this, but this one’s personal. As someone who’s worked in the cannabis industry for years, I’ve seen how important it is to protect small businesses and keep things fair. Amendment 3 might look like a step forward, but it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and I need your help to vote NO.
They’re selling Amendment 3 as “legalization,” but it’s not what it seems. It’s a way for big corporations to take control, pushing out small businesses like mine and thousands of others who’ve worked hard to build something. This isn't about giving more access to cannabis—it’s about giving a few companies a monopoly and crushing the competition. If this passes, the very people who fought to make cannabis accessible could be forced out of the industry altogether.
I know you trust me, and I wouldn’t ask for your time if this wasn’t serious. Amendment 3 is designed to confuse voters into thinking it’s progress, but in reality, it will drive up prices, limit your options, and create a corporate stranglehold on cannabis in Florida. It benefits a handful of companies while hurting everyone else—especially local businesses that care about the community.
If you care about keeping cannabis affordable and accessible, and if you believe in supporting small, local businesses, I’m asking you to vote NO on 3. Don’t let them take control of something we fought so hard for.
Please spread the word and share this with anyone who might be on the fence. This vote matters, and together, we can make sure we keep things fair for everyone.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. It means a lot to me.
