UCF Housing The Department of Housing and Residence Life at the University of Central Florida. Go Knights! Thank you for your cooperation.**

This mission of the Department of Housing and Residence Life is to provide undergraduate students living in university owned and affiliated housing with a safe and secure environment that is conducive to academic achievement. In addition to providing supervision and resident services in the living units, the department promotes the personal growth and development of each resident through intentional programming efforts. In partnership with other units within the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services and the larger university community, the department strives to foster scholarship as a fundamental purpose, instills a sense of community, and supports individual integrity and excellence.

** Please note that any posts regarding the subleasing of an on or off-campus community is prohibited and will be removed. Use of inappropriate language and negative commentary of off-campus communities will not be tolerated and will result in removal from this page.

Health & Safety Inspections are happening now! Some common issues we see are clutter (excessive trash left in rooms) and uncleanliness in bathrooms. For more information, visit the Community Living Guide (CLG) on our website. 🧹🫧

As you prepare for move-in, we want to remind incoming residents & families that we do not offer housekeeping services in on-campus housing.
All residents are expected to keep their own spaces clean, including bathrooms. We encourage Knights & families to ensure incoming residents are prepared to do laundry, declutter regularly, and keep their spaces clean all semester.
For some helpful tips, we recommend this website: https://www.cleaninginstitute.org/classofclean. 🧹🫧
