This mission of the Department of Housing and Residence Life is to provide undergraduate students living in university owned and affiliated housing with a safe and secure environment that is conducive to academic achievement. In addition to providing supervision and resident services in the living units, the department promotes the personal growth and development of each resident through intention

al programming efforts. In partnership with other units within the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services and the larger university community, the department strives to foster scholarship as a fundamental purpose, instills a sense of community, and supports individual integrity and excellence.

Hey Knights & families! We've seen an increase in water-related issues this year, so we want to share guidelines that our incoming residents are expected to follow to help prevent damage.

1️⃣ Leave provided fixtures as-is.

2️⃣ The original shower head must stay in place.

3️⃣ Provided shower curtains must stay up in bathrooms.

4️⃣ Hanging caddies that attach to shower heads are not allowed.

We will be highlighting all of our communities over the next few weeks! Our final community to highlight is Rosen.🏰🎳

The Rosen College Apartments are located at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, making these an ideal location for hospitality majors of all years or students who want to live near Orlando's entertainment destinations. It offers apartment-style living, and the typical floor plan includes four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

The Rosen agreement includes Fall and Spring semesters, with the option to add Summer.
