💛 Your mental health matters, Knights.

To our veterans, service members, military families, and fellow Knights: You don’t have to face every challenge alone. Taking time for yourself, checking in on others, and asking for support are all signs of strength.

Whether you’re balancing academics, military responsibilities, or everyday life, remember that your well-being deserves attention, too.

Swipe to explore mental health resources available to you and our military-connected community.

As Hurricane Isaias approaches the Gulf Coast, MVSS extends our support and appreciation to the Florida National Guard members, including our fellow UCF Knights and cadets, who have been mobilized to assist with hurricane response efforts in the Panhandle.

Your dedication and service do not go unnoticed. We are proud of our Knights stepping up to support communities in need.

To our mobilized students: If your service responsibilities impact your academics, please reach out to MVSS for guidance and support.

Stay safe, Knights. We’re thinking of you! 💛🖤
