March of Dimes Collegiate Council at UCF We host events to raise funds and awareness for March of Dimes here at UCF! This is the official page for March of Dimes at UCF.

Mission statement:
We support the March of Dimes' effort to help all babies have a healthy start to life. Our Goals:
• Raise Awareness
• Build Leadership
• Raise Money

March of Dimes Collegiate Council was designed to involve college-age youth in various March of Dimes initiatives. Our mission is to do everything we can to help improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature b

irth and infant mortality. We accomplish this by hosting fundraising events throughout the academic year and creating public health events to educate our peers on healthy living. Our goal is to have all of UCF campus to know the dangers of premature births and how we can prevent it.

Don't forget the MOD weekly meeting! The new time is Tuesday night at 5:30! That's right that means tonight at 5:30! We're meeting in the UCF Student Union on the second floor. Make sure to stop by! We'll be going over important info for our upcoming events. Hope to see some new faces!! :)

Unfortunately due to some unseen circumstances, we are going to have to post pone out Fall Festival. We are trying to move the event to this upcoming spring on the third or fourth week of March. As some of you may know we are hosting a Fall Festival on November 18 from 6-8! It's going to be a lot of fun with different games and activities and much more! We need volunteers for our event! So if you're interested in volunteering email us at [email protected]

P.S. For all LEAD scholars, our event will count as a LEAD event and you will receive service hours for your classes!

Hey March of Dimers!!! Don't forget we have our Kickoff Event tomorrow night!!! It will be from 7-9 pm in the Hercules Activity Center. We will have free snacks and all sorts of fun games and activities plus more info on how to volunteer with MOD!! So show your support and come see us tomorrow night!! :)
