🌿 Adventure beyond the classroom!

On Saturday, September 26, UCF Global took a group of students who participated in a special project this past spring on an unforgettable adventure to Ichetucknee Springs!

Ichetucknee Springs is known for its crystal-clear, 72-degree spring water, lush surroundings, and abundant wildlife. Our students had the chance to experience the famous lazy river, float through the refreshing spring waters, and take in the incredible beauty of Florida’s great outdoors.

At UCF Global, we believe learning extends far beyond the classroom. Experiences like these give our international students opportunities to explore their new home, connect with one another, and create memories that last a lifetime.

International Knights, game on!

This past Saturday, UCF Global brought students together at The Outfield for an unforgettable pickup soccer match! From big plays and friendly competition to plenty of laughs, it was a day filled with athleticism, camaraderie, and fun.

There were celebrations, close calls, sweet victories, and a few tough defeats, but at the end of the day, it was all about bringing our international community together through the love of a beautiful game.

FĂştbol always brings people together. We hosted a watch party for the Palmeiras vs. LDU Quito game to. give students a chance to root for their favorite team. Palmeiras ended up winning 1-0, but the match was still exciting.

Every Tuesday, UCF Global helps international students explore local grocery stores and find ingredients and foods that may be difficult to find at traditional supermarkets.

This week, we headed to H-Mart! For those who haven’t visited, H-Mart is a huge Asian supermarket featuring an extensive grocery selection and a food court with 12 restaurants (so many delicious options to explore!)

We loved having a mix of PhD, undergraduate, and IEP students join us for the trip. Experiences like these are a great way to connect, discover new places, and build community beyond the classroom. 💛✨

UCF Global welcomed our current and newest Pathway and Intensive English Program students to our Welcome Pizza Party for Fall 2026! It was the perfect excuse to grab a slice, meet someone new, catch up with old friends, and pretend we weren’t all going back for “just one more” piece of pizza.

Our returning students helped welcome the new faces, friendships started forming, and somehow the pizza disappeared faster than anyone could explain.

Because starting a new chapter is a lot more fun when you have good people around you… and pizza.

Today marked the return of one of our favorite weekly events, Popcorn, Conversations, and Games, and nearly 80 students joined us at our new location, Egmont Key in the Student Union.

We were so excited to see such a great mix of people, including faculty, staff, new and returning Pathway and IEP students, and even master's students.

As always, our favorite part wasn't the popcorn. It was watching students who walked in knowing no one leave with new friends, new connections, and a stronger sense of belonging. This is exactly what this event is all about.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event such a success. We can't wait for the next one!

As part of our UCF Global Fall Orientation, we took 50 Phd, Masters, Undergraduate, Exchange, and Pathway Students to have fun at Disney Springs. It was HOT, but we all still had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to all the students who sent me in their photos to make this memory reel possible!

Fall Semester is always so exciting! There is nothing quite like Fall energy, and this year’s Welcome Knights! Event hosted by was the perfect way to kick things off.

Our newly arrived international students came together to connect, explore, and start building their UCF community. Students met with UCF campus partners including CAPS, Career Services, UCF Libraries, Student Health Services, SGA, OSI, and several student organizations, along with community partners for banking resources and more. They discovered just how easy it can be to make UCF feel a little more like home!

Fall 2026 is officially underway, and our international Knights are already bringing an incredible energy to campus. Welcome to UCF. We are so glad you’re here!

A big welcome to our newest Intensive English Program students at UCF!

Over the past two days, we have been getting to know campus, learning our way around, meeting new people, and settling into life as a Knight. There is always a lot to take in when you first arrive at a new university, especially when that university is in a new country.

But learning English is about so much more than classroom lessons and bookwork. It is about having conversations, asking questions, meeting people, experiencing American culture, and becoming part of the community around you.

Our students are not just here to improve their English. They are here to build confidence, make connections, experience UCF, and become part of the Knight community.

We are excited to have you here and cannot wait to see where this journey takes you. Welcome to UCF!
