Dr. James Lawrence Cook II graduated with CROWN REIGN on June 19, 2026!
What an incredible Blessing He is to the Body of Christ, serving with His beautiful wife, Tiffany Brooks-Cook♥️🥹
🎽Called to ministry in 2010, he was ordained an Elder in 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Pastor of Greater Philadelphia Tabernacle Church of God in Christ by the late Bishop Phillip Aquilla Brooks, then Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ.
🎽In 2021, he was elevated to District Superintendent of the Philadelphia District. He currently serves as Vice President of the Jurisdictional Missions Department and as Executive Assistant to Bishop Zachary N. Hicks, Prelate of the Historic First Jurisdiction of Michigan Northeast.
🎽Dr. Cook is deeply committed to God, God’s people, and the community.
🎽With a heart for serving the underserved and underprivileged, he established The Greater Philadelphia Community Outreach Center—a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to spiritual empowerment, outreach, and community revitalization.
🎽Through partnerships with corporations and private organizations, the center hosts four Community Day events annually, including a Back-to-School Bookbag Giveaway.
🎽Additional initiatives include Focus: HOPE food distribution for seniors, the Fathers First Community Baby Shower, the Purses Full of Love project supporting women transitioning back into society, and Happy Plate Catering, which provides holiday meals to seniors and the unhoused.
🎽Through collaboration with World Medical Relief, the center distributes blankets and hygiene kits annually. Partnerships with Marine Toys for Tots, Walmart, Amazon, Lowe’s, and Better Homes & Gardens enable the center to provide clothing, shoes, furniture, appliances, electronics, bedding, and home goods to families in need.
