UMaine American Fisheries Society Student Subunit The UMaine Student Subunit of AFS is an organization for undergraduate and graduate students interested in fisheries science.

The University of Maine Student Subunit of the American Fisheries Society is an organization open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in fisheries. Our club participates in community outreach and service activities, hosts guest speakers related to fisheries science and conservation, and holds workshops for students to develop professional skills. Additionally, we hold recreational ou

tings for club members, including fishing trips and bowling nights. We will be meeting twice a month during the semester, check back for updates on meeting times! Dues are $5 per semester
