Last year, we lost Don Powell, a valued member of our veteran community, but the encouragement and support he gave to others still lives on.

Sergio, a Butte College alumnus who recently graduated from Chico State, stopped by with a hard hat for us to sign before giving it to Don's wife. He shared that Don played a big role in motivating him to continue his education and earn his bachelor's degree in construction management.

A reminder that the impact we have on each other matters. ❤️

Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to play "The Last Slice Standing" and battled it out for glory. From surprise eliminations to last-second saves, this might’ve been one of the most chaotic and fun events we’ve hosted yet 😂

Shoutout to our champions who survived the pizza box battlefield and earned their place among the elite slices 🏆🍕
