Cultura Counseling LLC
Cultura Counseling LLC is seeking a Bilingual Clinical School-Based Therapist to join
our growing team. We are a private practice dedicated to providing culturally responsive
mental health services to BIPOC communities. Our mission is to increase access to

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide mental health counseling to school-aged individuals and their families.
● Conduct counseling in various school settings.
● Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine diagnosis using DSM-5
criteria.
● Identify treatment goals and develop holistic treatment plans.
● Implement evidenced-based treatment modalities to appropriately address
diverse client needs.
● Continually assess client progress while tailoring approaches to individual needs.
● Collaborate with clients’ family members, loved ones, school personnel and other
service providers on a regular basis.
● Willingness to provide in-service training to school personnel (paid).
● Record and maintain records, medical documentation, and appointment
schedules.
● Provide resources and referrals for client needs.
● Communicate with referring and partner agencies.
● Effectively use digital technology platforms (electronic medical records,
telehealth, phone applications, etc)
● Maintain licensing requirements.
● Stay up to date with school protocols and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Masters in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or similar degree from an
accredited university program.
● Licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC or LMFT. (LPC-IT/APSW will be
considered)
● Experience working with diverse populations.
● Experience working with clients ages 5+ years.
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
● Proven relationship-building skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
● Ability to provide services in Spanish or Hmong, and English (preferred)
● Willingness to learn and be a collaborative team member.
Salary and Benefits:
● Pay for this position is a 60/40 split for billable hours, with the provider receiving
60% (~$60-$70). We greatly value transparency and can provide more details
during the interview process.
● 2 weeks PTO.
● 32 hour work week.

● $250 CEU stipend yearly.
