Titans Talk is a speech competition sponsored by the Communication Studies discipline. It is an opportunity for current UWO students to use public speaking to share a message with the campus community. Awards for the top three speeches ($1000, 500, 250) are provided by the Freedom of Expression fund of the UW Oshkosh Foundation and the Nevin James Public Speaking Fund.
