FOR THE FUTURE YEAR START ON OCTOBER 4TH AT 8AM CDT. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY THE RESERVATION REQUEST FORM ON OUR WEBPAGE. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 15TH!

General information

-Shuttle Service is available through the Oshkosh Transit System for $5 single ride round trip (EAA shuttle only) or $30 for unlimited rides (this includes normal bus routes as well). Check out more info here: http://www.ci.oshkosh.wi.us/Transit/eaa_event_trips.htm -Dining is available through our campus food service. Meals are served for breakfast and dinner in an all-you-care-to-eat format.

-Standard Room (non-A/C) - $75 per night, plus tax (3 night minimum)

-A/C Room (Fletcher, GCC & Taylor Hall) - $125 per night, plus tax (3 night minimum)

-Suite Style Room (Horizon Village) - $325 per night, plus tax (3 night minimum)

***All beds will be in a low, unlofted setting for guests!***
