Join other Hamilton, Ontario-area Lakers (from Buffalo to Toronto) for an informal gathering this September. Spend an evening catching up with old friends or making new connections at Clifford Brewing Co. (398 Nash Road N, Hamilton, Ontario)!

This Local Lakers event is hosted by Women's Ice Hockey Head Coach Mark Digby and Assistant Coach Grace Schnorr.

There is no cost for the event. A cash bar will be available, and some light appetizers will be provided. Register online by Monday, Sept. 14, at alumni.oswego.edu/hamilton26.

Do you remember those first days at Oswego? The nerves? The excitement? The feeling of wondering what the next four years would bring? 🥹

Last night, we welcomed the Class of 2030 and all of our new transfer and graduate students at the 37th Annual Welcoming Torchlight Ceremony, led by President Peter O. Nwosu.

For our newest Lakers, this is the beginning of something pretty special—new friends, new experiences, new traditions and so many memories still to be made. There’s excitement for what’s ahead, but maybe a few nerves, too. 💚💛
