I took the plunge and baked my first chocoflan and I'm pretty proud of the result. My mom introduced me to the world of baking when I was 13, and I was immediately smitten. I started whipping up cupcakes in all flavors – vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate – and selling them to earn some pocket money. It was an incredible feeling! As I got older, my love for baking only grew stronger, but now I'm excited to share my tasty treats with everyone. I'm all about putting love and care into every cake I make.
Of course, my first chocoflan attempt wasn't without its mishaps – I managed to burn the sugar, which is kind of a big deal. But I didn't let that mistake get me down. I learned from it and kept on trying until I got it just right. Over the past year and a half, I've learned to take my time and be more patient, making sure every ingredient is perfectly mixed and timed.
