JCCC Pastry Program: 12 Dames and One Dude Bakery Seasonal pastry & baked goods are freshly made by students in JCCC's Pastry/Baking Certificate Program. Fridays 3pm - 530pm

Happiness is a clean, organized and mobile bake shop! Thanks to our facilities manager, Man Ho and his assistant Mager, our storage racks now have wheels installed on them! I am elated! We’re ready for the summer session of HMGT 180 Fundamentals of Baking and our fall roster of M-F pastry baking courses!
