Principal Of The Year, or so I think! I was at Chatsworth Elementary School in Reisterstown MD today doing my Storm Smart STEM program.
🤩 But I need to tell you about Principal Kathleen Kelbaugh. I’ve been to over 300 schools and I know what faculty and administrators endure.
😊 I was greeted with a smile and pleasant introduction, but then…
She went out of her way to make sure the Cafeteria was ready…
🧹 Including Sweeping the floor
🪑 And helping to put out chairs.
❄️ I was also greeted by teachers ignoring the heat with FITF shirts from my last visit about 7 years ago.

In our short time, these kids were so enthusiastic in the growing heat…. Many kept asking me more questions as I packed up and was leaving.
Truly a group hungry to learn more.

I hope some of our lighting lessons were remembered with this evening’s storm and through the summer!
