Mushrooms deserve a spot on your plate! 🍄

From button and cremini to shiitake and portobello, mushrooms are a delicious and versatile addition to meals. They provide important nutrients like B vitamins, selenium, potassium, and antioxidants, while adding plenty of savory flavor.

Help us continue to enhance your campus dining experience!

Miami Dining Services has partnered with the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) for our biannual dining survey, and we’d love to hear from you.

The survey is now open through Wednesday, Nov. 25!

The survey is anonymous and takes approximately five minutes to complete for one dining location. Once finished, you can return to the survey to share your feedback on up to nine additional dining locations.
