This season is one for the books.

The 99th edition of the Pride of the South is the biggest band in Ole Miss history, totaling 372 members.

We can’t wait to see you on September 6th in Nashville, where our Ole Miss Rebels will take on the Louisville Cardinals!

So proud of Orel Lee (MM '23). One more Ole Miss trombone graduate doing great things!

This summer a group of current and former students has been meeting regularly to play orchestral excerpts together. They didn't even tell me about it for most of the summer, but I finally got to come in today...probably because they needed an extra trombone for Mahler 2. Naturally, they made the old guy play first part. 😀

It's great to see this kind of ambition and desire to grow among our students and graduates!
