The Hills Equine Body Mapping Tool helps us take a closer look at your horse’s body, helping to visualize saddle fit and muscular balance for each and every horse, regardless of discipline. 🐴✨ Here at LEC, the Hills Equine Body Mapping tool helps us create a more targeted wellness plan to support comfort, performance, and overall well-being for each horse in our program.

Thank you Hills Equine!

End of the year wrap-up with EQ recognition night. This year, we celebrated many accomplishments for our LEC equestrian students! We reluctantly said farewell to our very own Mary Pardee, as she has now retired from our program after a very successful and well-deserved 20+ years. We also sent off our class of 2026 with celebrations and well-wishes as they embark onto bigger and brighter things.

We cannot thank enough for their support of Lake Erie College Equestrian's school horses and students! Fenwick offers a range of therapeutic products that prioritise your horse's care and wellbeing.

Pictured below is recent 2026 LEC graduate Sam Pierce and LEC's school horse Dolly.

From Sam: "Dolly loves her Fenwick mask both in and out of the show ring! It really helps her focus and stay engaged with the task at hand. The soundproof ears are a game changer for her!"

Thank you Fenwick Equestrian!

Both of our 56th annual Prix De Ville horse shows were a huge success! We had quite a few LEC students show our school horses and even some of their own. Below are some of their takeaways from the show.

Sophie and Percy: "Percy won best Dutch Warmblood of the show, as well as being top two in all of his tests! To finish off the show, he helped me get reserve individual low rider."

Sophie and Dino: "Dino was perfect for his first PDV! He had solid trips every day and ended up sixth in the derby."

Kai and Ellie: "This was Miss Cool Couture's first hunter show, and I was so happy with our rides! We placed 1st, 2nd, and 5th, and I’m so proud of us for braving the hunter ring instead of our normal AQHA ring!"

Alley and Kenny: "I had the honor and pleasure of showing Kensington at the HJ Prix De Ville. We placed first and third on the first day of the jumpers, and the jumper team placed. I had an amazing time and an amazing partner to get me around in the ring my senior year!"

Anneliese and Galaxy: "This was my first hunter jumper Prix De Ville for Galaxy and me! We entered the crosspole division and finished Reserve Champion!"

Sam and Arturo: "Arturo won the first annual President's Cup and was 5th with the team!"

Sam and Dolly: "Dolly tied for champion and won the .75 classic!"

Congrats, Storm Riders and LEC horses!
